After an initial meeting by phone or video, in which we discuss your wishes and ideas, you will receive a personalised quote. From this moment on, we will be at your side as your wedding planner team - step by step, always transparent and fully focussed on your vision. Whether it's big decisions or small details: your wedding planners will accompany you from the initial idea to the last dance and much further, because wedding planning rarely ends with the last dance. We take care of the dismantling, returns, thank you cards, invoices, etc.
For us wedding planners, it is important to work with bridal couples who value quality, professionalism and well thought-out planning. Our weddings start at a budget of €40,000 (excluding wedding planner's fee, travel expenses, rings, suit and dress). For smaller, intimate celebrations, we will always find a customised solution that suits you and your needs perfectly. Let's talk about it and find the best option for you together.
I prefer to work with my trusted network of service providers who share my high standards and know how important quality and professionalism are. However, if you would like to bring in your own service providers, that's absolutely fine, I'm open to it and look forward to integrating them into your concept.
Yes, I will be there with my team on the day of your wedding - whether it's in Austria or abroad, whether it's a one-day wedding or a wedding over several days with several concepts, we'll be there. As your wedding planners, we will take care of every detail so that you can concentrate fully on your love and your guests.
We only accept a limited number of selected weddings per year so that we can give each couple our full attention. Quality over quantity - because your wedding deserves to be perfect.
The actual number depends on the size and complexity of the individual weddings. As a wedding planner, you work intensively and personally with each bridal couple. It is important to build trust with the wedding planner and this is simply not possible with too many weddings.
